Transferring a pass

If you or someone who you purchased a pass for can no longer attend INBOUND, you can easily transfer the registration without even needing to get in touch with us. If you need to change the email on your registration, even if it's still you who'll be using the registration, you should also go through this transfer process.

Click here and enter your email address. You'll receive an email with a link to manage all registrations that you've purchased or that are under your name. Just click "Transfer Registration" for the registration you want to transfer and enter the new attendee's information. Both the original and the new attendee will receive a confirmation email.

Your pass can be transferred up until you use it to activate your INBOUND account. Accounts cannot be shared.

If you need more help

If you're unable to transfer a pass all on your own for any reason, get in touch with us at help@inbound.com. For verification purposes, we'll need the registration or order number of the pass you want to transfer, as well as the name and email address of the new attendee.
