Cancelling a Pass

Things happen, we understand. Our cancellation policy gives you the flexibility to do what you have to do if your plans change. 

You can get a full refund on your pass until May 31, 2024 at 11:59 pm ET. After May 31, 2024, we will only provide a refund if you request a refund within 24 hours of purchase before September 1, 2024. No refunds will be issued after September 1, 2024

Please note: if the in-person event gets canceled for any reason, you will receive a 100% refund of your in-person passes.

As a reminder, discounts cannot be retroactively applied to previously purchased passes.

How to cancel

If you need to cancel your pass, just get in touch with us by replying to your registration confirmation email or emailing us at help@inbound.com.

*Hotel Reservations: If you made a hotel reservation through our official INBOUND hotel provider onPeak, you will need to contact hotel support  at 1-800-505-9604 or email them at inboundhotels@onpeak.com to cancel that reservation. You can also cancel your hotel reservation directly through the onPeak confirmation email.
