Cancelling a Pass

Things happen, we understand. Our cancellation policy gives you the flexibility to do what you have to do if your plans change. 

You can get a full refund on your pass until June 1, 2026 at 11:59 pm ET. After June 1, 2026, we will only provide a refund if you request a refund within 24 hours of purchase before September 11, 2026. No refunds will be issued after September 11, 2026

Please note: if the in-person event gets canceled for any reason, you will receive a 100% refund of your in-person passes.

As a reminder, discounts cannot be retroactively applied to previously purchased passes.
