  Meetups are structured networking experiences designed for 1:Many conversations around shared topics or identities—ranging from professional industries to personal passions. These sessions are curated by the INBOUND team and led by dedicated hosts to facilitate authentic, inclusive dialogue.

  What to Expect:

  • 45-minute sessions focused on specific themes or industries (e.g., Meetup: Working in Manufacturing)
  • Standing-room environments with optional high and low-top tables to encourage movement and conversation
  • More structure than previous years, allowing for formats like speed networking or guided discussions
  • ~350 person capacity, with an open layout on the show floor
  • Seat reservation required via the INBOUND app or website
