INBOUND 2024 Merchandise Terms and Conditions

We’re so glad you are purchasing INBOUND 2024 merchandise. For complete details on the terms that apply to merchandise purchasing, please read below.

PURCHASING

Once you complete the purchase of your merchandise, the purchase and rate are final and won’t be adjusted later. It is your responsibility to confirm that the price displayed at checkout is the price that you expect and agree to pay before you complete your purchase. Credit cards will be charged at the time your order is placed. 

ORDER PICK UP

All items will be shipped to the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center (BCEC), and available for pickup during INBOUND. We will not ship orders to your individual homes or addresses. We collect your shipping information for billing purposes only.

You must be a registered attendee in order to pick up your merchandise order, as we only allow those registered for INBOUND 2024 into the venue. Merchandise pick up hours and location will be provided soon. 

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

Customers may cancel their order and receive a refund up until August 20, 2024. Credit cards are charged at the time the order is placed; if you cancel your order, the card will be credited. After August 20, 2024, we will not provide refunds.

To cancel your order, please email help@inbound.com with your order number. 

THESE TERMS

Please be aware that we may update and change any part or all of these Terms and Conditions at any time without notifying you first. If we update or change these Terms and Conditions, the updated terms will become effective and binding on the next business day after they are posted. When we change these terms, the “Last modified” date listed on this page will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent version. If you don’t agree to these terms, then you should not purchase INBOUND merchandise.
