Session Reservations
Session reservations encompass favoriting a session and saving a seat - you can find details on both processes below.
Save A Seat Process
Given the limited capacity rooms and the high demand of our breakout sessions, we’re introducing seat reservations this year to Partner Day. Just like with INBOUND, you can save a seat via the INBOUND mobile app.
Sessions that require reservations will have the option to "Save a Seat" on the Session Card within the agenda. Opening Keynote and Closing Keynote do not require session reservations. There will also be a stand by line for all breakout sessions. If you’re unable to save a seat you want (due to capacity limitations), you can try your luck in the stand by line. If there is space within the 5 minutes prior of the session starting, we’ll open up those seats to those in the stand by line. Just like INBOUND!
Please note, you can’t save a seat for two breakout sessions happening at the same time. If you try to save a seat with two conflicting breakout sessions (in other words, two sessions with overlapping times), you will receive a notification that the session you are trying to save a seat for overlaps with a session you are already registered for.
Additionally, if you transfer your INBOUND ticket with seats saved, your sessions you've saved seats for will transfer as well. However, your favorites will not transfer.
Favoriting A Session
Favoriting a session at INBOUND is a great way to keep track of the content you’re interested in. It adds the session to your “My Favorites” tab so you can easily find it later and plan your schedule. However, favoriting is just for planning and does not reserve your spot. If a session requires reservation, you’ll still need to save your seat separately to secure access. Favoriting helps you stay organized, but be sure to save a seat and reserve your spot. Favoriting is currently available to anyone registered for INBOUND. Log in at inbound.com with your registration information to get started!
Reminder: Saving a seat will automatically add the session to your "My Favorites" tab. However, favoriting a session that requires a reservation will not save your seat. You must follow the instructions above in order to save your seat.
