Picking up your badge

You can pick up your badge onsite at INBOUND throughout the entire event

When you arrive at INBOUND, your first stop should be Check-In to get your badge.

Check-In is located in the North Lobby of the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center (BCEC), which is accessible from the building's main Summer Street entrance. If you enter another way, signage will direct you towards Check-In.

Check-In hours

Check-In is open for the entire event, so even if you're arriving a couple days after we get started, you can still pick up your badge. Be sure to revisit this page as we near the event to see our official Check-In hours.

What you need

The only thing you'll need to pick up your badge is a government-issued photo ID like a driver's license or passport. You can speed up the process by having your badge pickup QR code ready. You'll be able to access your QR code in the INBOUND mobile app (once available for 2020).

To pick up your badge, you'll be required to take a quick selfie. It won't be printed on your badge, but it will be visible to staff when they scan your badge. These photos are part of our security and identity verification process for INBOUND, so providing one isn't optional. Your photo won't be used for anything besides security at INBOUND 2020 and it will be removed from our systems post-event.

Lost badges

Some advice: don't lose your badge. If you need a replacement badge, visit Registration Assistance at Check-In. Replacements are issued at our discretion and may be subject to a $50 fee.
