With INBOUND going digital, all existing registrations will be automatically cancelled and fully refunded.
While we wish we could see your smiling faces in person, we're looking forward to seeing your smiles throughout our digital event in September. In the meantime, we're cancelling and fully refunding your registration for the Boston event.
All existing registrants will also be automatically enrolled for a complimentary digital pass. If interested in upgrading after digital registration opens on June 1st, just e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All refunds will be made to your original form of payment and you should expect to receive your refund by June 8th.
We are unable to refund to anything other your original form of payment. If the card you used has been closed since you registered, the issuing bank should still be able to receive refunds to your account. Contact them with any questions about when and how you'll receive the refund.
We hope that you'll join us next time we gather in person in September 2021, but we aren't offering an option to roll your pass over to next year. Make sure you buy your pass when 2021 tickets go on sale this September for the best pricing.
Cancelling hotels and travel
If you booked your hotel through INBOUND’s official housing provider, onPeak, they will automatically cancel all hotel bookings and no further action is necessary. You will receive an email from onPeak confirming cancellation.
If you did not book through onPeak, you are responsible for cancelling your own hotel room. If you booked a hotel room through any other booking site or agency, please review your confirmation or contact your hotel directly for more information on their specific cancellation and refund policies.
Many airlines and other travel providers are offering very flexible terms right now. Even if you originally booked a non-refundable ticket, you'll likely be able to secure a refund or credit by contacting your carrier.
