Life comes at you fast, so our cancellation policy gives you the flexibility to do what you have to do.
For purchases made on or before August 19, 2019, you can cancel your pass for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. Purchases made after August 19 are nonrefundable.
Additionally, regardless of when you purchased your pass:
All refunds will be made to your original form of payment.
You also have the option of transferring your pass, which you can do yourself for free at any point until the pass is printed onsite at INBOUND. You can find more information about transfers here.
If you need to cancel your pass, just get in touch with us by replying to your registration confirmation email or emailing us at email@example.com.
If you cancel a pass, changes will not be automatically reflected on your hotel reservation, so it's your responsibility to contact our housing partner onPeak in order to cancel or change your reservation. You can find more information about how to do that here.
