Cancelling a pass

Things happen, we understand. You can get a full refund on your pass through June 1 and within 24 hours of purchase until August 4

Life comes at you fast, so our cancellation policy gives you the flexibility to do what you have to do.

We understand that the COVID-19 (novel coronavirus) outbreak has affected people from around the world in different ways, which is why we’ve extended our refund deadline (previously March 20) by over two months. We’re confident that the virus will be contained before INBOUND and we want you to be able to register with confidence even though things are changing rapidly.

For purchases made on or before August 4, 2020, you can cancel your pass for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. Purchases made after August 4 are nonrefundable.

Additionally, regardless of when you purchased your pass:

  • If you cancel by June 1, 2020, you’ll get a full refund of the amount paid.
  • If you cancel from June 2, 2020 through July 13, 2020, you’ll get a 50% refund if you cancel more than 24 hours after purchase.
  • After July 13, 2020, we will not provide a refund (regardless of whether or not you attend INBOUND 2020) if you cancel more than 24 hours after purchase.

All refunds will be made to your original form of payment.

You also have the option of transferring your pass, which you can do yourself for free at any point until the pass is printed onsite at INBOUND. You can find more information about transfers here.

How to cancel

If you need to cancel your pass, just get in touch with us by replying to your registration confirmation email or emailing us at help@inbound.com.

Changing hotel reservations

If you cancel a pass, changes will not be automatically reflected on your hotel reservation, so it's your responsibility to contact our housing partner onPeak in order to cancel or change your reservation. You can find more information about how to do that here.
