Cancelling a pass

Things happen, we understand. Here’s how cancellation and refunds work

For purchases made on or before August 1, 2020, you can cancel your pass for a full refund, no questions asked. For purchases made through September 1, 2020,  you can cancel your pass for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. Purchases made after September 1 are nonrefundable.
After September 1, 2020, we will not provide a refund (regardless of whether or not you attend INBOUND 2020) if you cancel more than 24 hours after purchase.

All refunds will be made to your original form of payment.

You also have the option of transferring your pass, which you can do yourself for free at any point until you activate your INBOUND account. You can find more information about transfers here.
