Cancelling a pass

Things happen, we understand. You can get a full refund on your pass through March 31, 2019 and a partial refund through July 31

Here’s how cancellations and refunds work:

  • If you cancel by March 31, 2019, you’ll get a full refund
  • If you cancel from April 1, 2019 through July 31, 2019, you’ll get a 50% refund
  • After July 31, 2019, we will not provide any refunds (regardless of whether or not you attend INBOUND 2019)

All refunds will be made to your original form of payment.

You also have the option of transferring your pass, which you can do yourself for free at any point until the pass is printed onsite at INBOUND. You can find more information about transfers here.

How to cancel

If you need to cancel your pass, just get in touch with us by replying to your registration confirmation email or emailing us at help@inbound.com.

Changing hotel reservations

If you cancel a pass, changes will not be automatically reflected on your hotel reservation, so it's your responsibility to contact our housing partner onPeak in order to cancel or change your reservation. You can find more information about how to do that here.
