If you ask us to make changes to your registration, we'll need your order or registration number for verification. You can find them in your confirmation email.
If you want to make changes to your INBOUND registration, such as upgrading or cancelling it, we may ask for either your order or registration number. Here's how to find them.
If you have your confirmation email
Both numbers are included in your registration confirmation email (subject line: Your INBOUND 2020 Confirmation 🎉). Once you've found your confirmation email, scroll down to the "Your Registration Details" section and you'll see something like this:
The order number (highlighted in pink) is in the top right of this section. If you purchased multiple passes as part of the same order, all of those passes will have the same order number associated with them.
The registration number (highlighted in blue) appears in the table next to each pass that you've purchased. Every pass has a unique registration number.
If you don't have your confirmation email
If you can't find your confirmation email, click here. Enter the email you registered with and you'll receive a verification email to that address. Click the "Manage Your Registration" link in the verification email and you'll see all registrations under your email address (including tickets in your name as well as any tickets that you purchased for others) as well as the order and registration numbers for each.
