It's easy to transfer your registration or one you purchased—you don't even need our help!
If you or someone who you purchased a pass for can no longer attend INBOUND, you can easily transfer the registration without even needing to get in touch with us.
Click here and enter your email address. You'll receive an email with a link to manage all registrations that you've purchased or that are under your name. Just click "Transfer Registration" for the registration you want to transfer and enter the new attendee's information. Both the original and the new attendee will receive a confirmation email.
Passes are transferable up until the moment that they're printed onsite. Once you have a printed badge, that badge can only be used by the person whose name is it on. Badge sharing is not allowed.
If you need more help
If you're unable to transfer a pass all on your own for any reason, get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org. For verification purposes, we'll need the registration or order number of the pass you want to transfer, as well as the name and email address of the new attendee.
Changing hotel reservations
If you transfer a pass, changes will not be automatically reflected on your hotel reservation, so it's your responsibility to contact our housing partner onPeak in order to cancel or change your reservation. You can find more information about how to do that here.
