Upgrading a pass

If you change your mind about what pass you want, we'll be happy to help you upgrade your registration.

If you originally registered for a Community Pass and later decided you really want to get in on the breakout session action, or if you registered for All-Access and then those Heavenly Beds at the Westin started calling your name, we'd be happy to help you upgrade your pass. 

The price to upgrade will depend on the price you paid for your pass originally, so we'll provide a quote for the upgrade. After confirming your upgrade, you'll need to pay the additional charges via credit card.

To start the upgrade process, just get in touch with us by replying to your registration confirmation email or emailing us at help@inbound.com.
