Special accommodations

If you need special accommodations in order for INBOUND to be accessible and inclusive for you, we're here to help

Because everyone is included at INBOUND (and we comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act), INBOUND will fulfill reasonable requests for special accommodations made 30 days in advance. Because some types of accommodations can take several weeks to arrange, requests made less than 30 days prior to the event cannot be guaranteed. If you have a request after July 18th, we'll work with you to find the best solution that's possible in the time we have.

Special meals

If your special needs are dietary, you can request lunches that conform to your requirements by filling out the form here.

Scooters and mobility assistance

If you require mobility assistance, electric scooters (no, not the Lime kind) are available on a first-come, first-served basis at Check-In Assistance in North Lobby. Scooters must be returned at the end of each day and cannot leave the BCEC. So that you don't ride off into the sunset with our scooter, we’ll hold onto an ID while you use it. Don’t forget to come back to the desk to get it back when you’re done!

Accessible seating

There’s wheelchair-accessible seating in Main Stage, BCEC Ballroom, all our breakout rooms, and throughout our campus. Ushers and other staff will be happy to help you find a space if you need one.

Lactation room

If you need a place to pump in private, we have space available onsite. Find more details here.
