Changing or cancelling your hotel reservation

If you need to modify your hotel reservation, including if you're no longer coming to INBOUND, here's how you do it.

Hotels for INBOUND are handled by our housing partner, onPeak, and are subject to policies and cut-offs determined by them in cooperation with the hotels.

You can find hotel policies, cut-offs, and additional instructions for making changes or cancellations in your hotel confirmation email.

You can make changes through onPeak online (you'll need your reservation details, which you can find in your hotel confirmation email) or you can call onPeak at +1 800-505-9604. Agents are available weekdays from 8am - 5pm CT (UTC-6).
