Mobile App Troubleshooting Tips

We’re continuously optimizing the app to improve the user experience. If you’ve already downloaded the INBOUND24 app, make sure you’re using the most updated version. To do this, head to the Apple App Store or Google Play store to check if an update is available.

If you're having trouble with app performance, set yourself up for success by:

• Making sure that your mobile device meets the System Requirements.
• Updating your mobile OS to the latest version.
• Making sure notifications are enabled in phone settings.
• Be sure to clear your cache to see the latest updates.

We recommend logging into the app in advance of session reservations opening (Aug 20 for VIP ticket holders and Aug 27 for GA ticket holders) to make sure you’re set up well in advance. If you experience issues logging into the app, email us at help@inbound.com, and we’d be happy to assist you.

Android users

If you're having trouble accessing the IN24 event please follow the steps below:

1. Delete the app
2. Check if Google Play Store is up to date and clear cache and data for Play Store app. 
   1. Steps to update Google Play Store:
      Open the Google Play Store app;
      At the top right, tap the profile icon;
      Tap Settings About. Play Store version;
      You'll get a message that tells you if the Play Store is up to date. Tap Got it. If an update is available, it will automatically download and install in a few minutes.
   2. Clear cache and data for Google Play Store app:
      On your Android phone or tablet, open the Settings app;
      Tap Apps & notifications. See all apps;
      Scroll down and tap Google Play Store;
      Tap Storage. Clear Cache;
      Tap Clear data;Re-open the Play Store.
