Having trouble logging in?

If you're having issues logging in, it's likely because you're using the incorrect email address.

However, if you see an error, there are five likely culprits:

• First, double-check that you entered your email correctly on the login screen. I know, I know, you probably already did that, but we just need to double-check. It's the "turn it off and on again" of this problem.
• Do you have multiple email addresses? Is it possible that you used a different one to register? Try them out and see if you have any luck.
• If that doesn't work, it's possible that there was a typo in your email address when you registered. If you definitely remember registering but never got a confirmation email, this is likely the culprit. You'll need to get in touch with us to get sorted out if you think that's the issue. Which brings us to…
  • Did someone order your ticket for you? If so, the ticket will need to be transferred to your email address.
  • Any chance you're not registered at all? It happens to the best of us. You can still register, so that's an easy way to get this sorted out quickly.

We’re continuously optimizing the app to improve the user experience. If you’ve already downloaded it, make sure you’re using the most updated version. To do this, head to the App Store to check if an update is available.
