Registering and Badge Pickup

Badge Pick-Up

In order to enjoy all things INBOUND, you must pick up your badge before entering the BCEC. Make sure to bring a government issued ID with you. Head to the North Lobby during the following hours for registration & badge pick-up:

  • Tuesday, September 17: 2:30 - 9:00pm (we encourage you to come on Tuesday to pick up your badge so that you avoid long lines on Wednesday morning)
  • Wednesday, September 18: 8:00am - 6:00pm 
  • Thursday, September 19: 8:00am - 7:30pm 
  • Friday, September 20: 8:00am - 2:30pm

Entering INBOUND

Your badge is your ticket into INBOUND! You must enter through the North Lobby to pick up your badge. Each time you come to the BCEC you will need to go through the evolv security machines / bag check. Keep your badge on and head to the Fast Track lanes where our staff will quickly scan your badge and you’ll be on your way! You are required to wear your badge at all times while onsite during the event.

Please note, the following items are Prohibited at INBOUND:

    • Weapons of any kind and all firearms (including but not limited to fake, toy, and/or prop weapons)
    • Outside Alcohol
    • Tasers/Stun Guns
    • Laser Pointers
    • Noise Makers
    • Outside Food & Drinks unless needed for medical reasons
    • Hand Tools
    • Balloons & Confetti
    • Drones
    • Professional Camera & Video equipment unless you have a Press pass (must have a detachable lens); personal video equipment (Go Pro or iPhone or DSL cameras) are allowed; video lighting is not allowed
    • Pets unless they are certified for accessibility purposes
    • Glow Sticks
    • Bicycles
    • Illegal drugs & substances
    • Fireworks
    • Scooters and wheelchairs for accessibility purposes are allowed but must be registered at the Accessibility Desk at Registration

Lost your badge? Think it’s broken? Issues with the INBOUND mobile app? Head back to the North Lobby and we’ll work with you to solve the problem. See us at the Registration & Mobile App Support desk. Located in the North Lobby near main registration.

FYI, replacement badges are available on a case-by-base basis and may be subject to a $50 fee.

Returning Your Klik Button

As sad as it is, INBOUND will eventually end. As part of our sustainability efforts, we are recycling the Klik buttons that are attached to the back of your badge. Please detach and return your Klik button on your way out. On Friday, there will be staff and boxes for you to drop your Klik button in as you depart.

You can keep your badge and lanyard!

Westin Seaport Skybridge Entrance 

Staying at the Westin Seaport and already have your badge? Use the Westin Skybridge located on Westin's mezzanine level to enter and exit the BCEC during event hours.

Westin Seaport Skybridge Hours: 

  • Wednesday, September 18: 8:00am - 6:30pm 
  • Thursday, September 19: 8:00am - 8:00pm 
  • Friday, September 20: 8:00am - 3:30pm
*This venue access point requires an INBOUND badge. If you do not have your badge yet, please use the BCEC North Lobby main entrance for badge pickup.
