Onsite Admission for Limited-Capacity Sessions

Onsite Save a Seat Process

Given the high demand of our breakout programming, we are again using the session reservation system through the INBOUND mobile app and via your desktop. VIP Session Registration opens August 5 and General Admission Session Registration opens on August 12th.

Sessions that require reservations will have the option to ‘Save a seat’ on the Session Card within the agenda. View the Building Your Agenda article to learn how to Save a seat!

Please note, you cannot Save a Seat for two sessions happening at the same time. If you try to Save a Seat to conflicting sessions (in other words, two sessions with overlapping times), you will receive a notification that the session you are trying to Save a Seat for overlaps with a session you are already registered for.

Reminder: Saving a seat will automatically add the session to your My Favorites tab. However, favoriting a session that requires a reservation will NOT save your seat. You must follow the instructions above to save your seat.

Onsite Line Management Process

Seat Saved Line: If you saved a seat in the INBOUND Mobile App or Desktop website, please join the Seat Saved line at least 5 minutes prior to the start of the session.

Note: if you saved a seat, you must show up more than 5 minutes prior to the session's scheduled start time. If you show up after the 5 minute mark, your seat will be released to the standby line. If you’d like to still join the session, you may join the end of the standby line.

If you saved a seat for a session, please arrive at the room more than 5 minutes before the session begins and join the Seat Saved line. Our staff will begin scanning folks in the Seat Saved line and allowing them to enter the room 15 minutes before the session begins. 5 minutes before the session starts, we will close the Seat Saved line. Everyone that is currently in this line will be scanned into the room.

Standby Line: If you did not save a seat but are hoping to grab an open spot, please join the Standby line. After we have closed the Seat Saved line and scanned those attendees into the session, we will switch to the Standby line. We will let in as many Standby attendees as there are seats available.

Reminder: we cannot guarantee folks from the Standby line entry into the room, but we will do our best to, while still abiding by this process and capacity restrictions.

Signage and Support

As you head to the programming rooms, be on the lookout for directional signage and staff to point you in the right direction. If you have any questions about this process, please reach out to help@inbound.com or speak with the INBOUND staffers in a teal t-shirt!
