Logging into the App

When logging into the App, you must log in using the email you registered for INBOUND with and the registration number from your Bizzabo confirmation email.

Having trouble logging in?

If you're having issues logging in, the first thing you should try is clicking on "Forgot Registration Number?" Then, just enter the email address you used when you registered. If we find that email in our system, we'll send you a magic link to verify your identity and log in with one click. If you're still having issues, it's likely because you're using the incorrect email address.

Some other troubleshooting tips

However, if you see an error, there are four likely culprits:

  1. First, double-check that you entered your email correctly on the login screen. I know, I know, you probably already did that, but we just need to double-check. It's the "turn it off and on again" of this problem.
  2. Do you have multiple email addresses? Is it possible that you used a different one to register? Try them out and see if you have any luck.
  3. If that doesn't work, it's possible that there was a typo in your email address when you registered. If you definitely remember registering but never got a confirmation email, this is likely the culprit. You'll need to get in touch with us to get sorted out if you think that's the issue. Which brings us to...
  4. Any chance you're not registered at all? It happens to the best of us. You can still register, so that's an easy way to get this sorted out quickly.
